I bought Ino because I fell in love the first time I laid my eyes on her. I thought that she was the perfect Forest Cat in miniature. She was eight month old when I bought her and I had hoped that she would become bigger as time progressed, but she didn't.

When Ino came to live with me, she was very shy. Due to personal reasons, the breeder had not had enough time to spend on the litter and it showed. With time Ino became more devoted to humans, but she never became a cat who steped forward to greet and welcome our guests.

Ino had had 2 litters before she was neutered. She was very devoted to our domestic cat Rasmus, and you could always find them cuddled into each other, of course, in a warm place!

After Rasmus died, she wanted to have contact with me all the time, and prefered to stay very close to me. She had also taken on the task of being the *mother hen* towards the other cats.

The last month we had with Ino, we noticed that she didn't want to be near us or the other cats. She prefered to lye behind something and hide, but would come out and eat, drink and use the litter tray every day, before she would "disappear" again. On June 15 I (Carli) couldn't understand why she didn't come out, "as she usually did", and I went to her "special place" where she was lying peacefully and dead:-(

Ino, you were a quiet cat, who didn't make a lot of fuzz about yourself, but we loved you for your special way of being and you will be missed.
