I (Carli) has been considering getting a white male for a long time, but it was difficult to find the "right one" and therefore I decided to try and find a white female instead. It also proved to be rather difficult, but eventually I found Anabel, which we obviously are very pleased with, but that doesn't change that the dream of getting a white male still existed.

When our good friend, Wieke, told that her oldest female, Taipei, were mated with a white male originally from Sweden, and he even had a bit different pedigree than we are used to, then I asked if there could be a white male to us from that mating. Fortunately for us Wieke agreed to let us have a white male (if anyone was born:-) and fortunately for us a beautiful white male kitten was born! An extra plus for Heremon is that his pedigree does not contain too much Polaris.

Now we wouldn't have him "just" because he was white, but he already showed food promise when he was very young and when he was 8 weeks old, we were certain that we wanted him.

Our plans for Heremon is not that many, other than that he will grow bigger and nicer than he is now :-) and eventually he will be included in our breeding program, when he is tested for the things we test for.
