Annelise and Sten, who had bought
a NFC kitten, Darth Vader Gyldenløve,
from the last litter I had, came to see my F-litter.
However, as sometimes happens, Steen became completely taken over by Elladan. Elladan put himself on Steen`s lap, from the moment he sat down on the couch, and he didn´t leave until Steen himself took him off, when it was time to go. Elladan is no longer with us:-( One day he simply didn't come home and after waiting for a long time to see IF he would come home, they offered to take Djamal, because they didn't want Darth Vader to be alone anymore. |
| Elanis was sold to a young couple
in a city north of Copenhagen (Hellerup), but when I went to deliver the
kitten, I sensed that something was wrong. You wouldn´t have believed
that someone was living in their apartment, cause I have never seen a home
that clean before. I accidentally moved an ashtray and the wife couldn´t
relax before she had put it back in the place where it was suppose to be.
As some people know, Somalis are VERY active. Within the first week after I delivered her to her new home, the new owners called and asked me to take her back because she kept jumping up into their window-frame and by doing that she also moved their potted plants from where they were supposed to stay. After that experience I didn´t do much of anything (in fact I did nothing) to sell Elanis and she just kept hanging around somehow. Unfortunately I had developed allergies towards Somalis and therefore I were forced to give them up. I found a good loving home for Elanis, where she would be living with an NFC. |

Right from the beginning, I had
decided to keep Estella as company for her mother. Estella means "little
star" and she was such a little charmer.
After moving to the house one of my other cats, Cira Gyldenløve, decided that she couldn´t live with Estella anymore. Once a week for about 30 seconds she would beat up poor Estella. Some people will accept this, but I didn´t want to come home one day and find 2 (or more) wounded cats. So I decided to let her go and live with Michael`s sister. It took me a long time to decide this, but after I gave her to Michael`s sister, I could see that it WAS the right thing to do. Estella has the time of her life, in a family that consist of 3 boys, that are always willing to play with her, AND she gets the couch to herself!:-) |
