Ever since I (Carli) first saw Urris litter (Eavans mother is Urri) I have been in love with 2 of the girls in the litter. But we only wanted 1 girl from the 3 breedings that Wieke got from David and I had said in advance, that I wanted to have a girl from Frieda, Fayes mother. And I kept that thought although it was very tempting to have a girl from Urris litter as well.

One of the reasons why we only wanted 1 girl, was because we already had Tripoli after David, as a hostcat living with Tina and having 3 girls after David would be to much. Tragedly we lost Tripoli to lymphoma sarcom in June, and both Tina and we were devastated by this loos:-(

For some reason there wasn't a lot of enquiries for Eavan, so when Tina said to me "it's weird that that beautiful female isn't sold yet", my brain started to work on its own:-) I then asked Tina if she would be interested in getting Eavan as a Hostcat for us? And Tina immidiately said yes:-) Afterwards I asked Wieke if she also liked the idea and she did! The rest is, as they say, history and the result is that Tina now has a beautiful tortie white girl again. A girl that will be showed a little bit and, when she's old enough, she'll be tested for HCM, PKD, HD og PL, before she joins our breeding program.

We plan to mate Eavan to Ferris in 2009.

Eavan was mated with Ferris on May 25th and 26 th, which means that if she's pregnant she will give birth at the end of July.

When Eavan was scanned for HCM we also had her scanned to see if she indeed was pregnant and she is!

Due to personal problems Tina has asked us to give Eavan a home and of course she can stay with us. We want to give her time to settle in and when she's ready we plan to mate her:-)
