I didn`t sell Desireê,
but I decided that I, along with Bettina, could own her together. Of course
Desireê can only live in one place, and that is with Bettina in her
home, as a
hostcat.
Desireè had her second litter 07.25.99 with one of my big strong-built studs, IC Tilia Nova`s Ingjalf, which resulted in my O-litter. Desireê has also had two litters in Bettinas prefix. But since Bettina hasn´t kept her part of the agreement that
we had, Desireê is living as a neuter.
To this day we still have a joined owenrship, due to the fact that Bettina didn`t pay me the money, she was obliged to according to our contract. I unfortunately don´t get the oppertunity to visit her either. This was my first bad experience with a Hostcat, that I had. Apart from this experience, I have only had one more *experience*, that I could have done without, but the rest has (luckily) only been good. Apparently Desiree died in March 2006, but I wasn't told until many
months had passed:-(

| Da Capo went to live with Kia
and her big dog named Karelsk Bjørnehund. A lot of people
could not understand why I "dared" sell a kitten to a home with "such"
a dog, but I only think that it proves how "dangerous" it is to have prejudice
about having a cat and dog living together.
Da Capo loved "his dog" and grieved over him when he wasn´t there anymore. Therefore Kia desided to buy one kitten more from me, because Da Capo needed a new companion and she chose one from the G-litter, Geiger Gyldenløve. As time went by, Kia decided that she needed one more silver kitten in her house and that made her decide to buy Odin Gyldenløve, from my O-litter. Da Capo died some years ago and Odin was diagnosed with bad kidneys, but has lived 2 years with this bad diagnosis so Kia chose to buy Washington from us, that way there will still be some one that Geiger can play with, when Odin one is no longer here. Odin had a couple of month together with Washington, before he passed away. |

The name Djamal means beautiful
in Algier and I thought that it was a very appropriate name for this stud.
I thought that Djamal`s father was incredibly beautiful and I would like to try to continue the line that Mischa represented. Sometimes when you keep the males and females together in a group, the males won't breed with the females. When I learned that this was the case with Djamal, I had him neutered. Due to the fact that Michael and I went our seperate ways in August 2001, I had to give up some of my cats and Djalmal was one of them:-( He now lives in the same home as Darth Vader. |
| Darth Vader lived up until recently
in a town north of Copenhagen named Farum, with another cat from my cattery,Elladan
Gyldenløve. However, their owners got a job in Germany and then,
of course, they all moved there.
But now they are back in Denmark again. They unfortunately lost Elladan, he just didn`t come home one day and after waiting for a long time, they desided to take Djamal so Darth Vader would have some company company. |
